Success Skills Centre
Objective: The Success Skills Centre works exclusively with professional/skilled immigrants who have had their education and experience from outside of Canada. The Centre's main objective is to help remove barriers immigrants encounter which interfere with their ability to utilize their skills and training in Canada.

Work Start
Objective: Work Start classes teach the basic English communication skills you need to get an entry-level job. Work Start is recommended for people with a Canadian Language Benchmark of 3, 4 or 5. But you do not need to have a language assessment to register. (If you have low benchmarks in reading and writing you should take a different program, called Work Start Literacy. Winnipeg English Language Assessment and Referral Centre (WELARC)
Objective: WELARC administers the Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test (CLBPT), a test that helps place adult learners in the right English Language program.
